About

Since its inception in August 1997, I have had the privilege of leading Oak Park as its director. In December 2010, a momentous turning point occurred in my journey with the school. Louis and Carole Coates, the founding owners, were set to retire and graciously offered to entrust me with Oak Park’s legacy. I was both humbled and exhilarated by this opportunity. Having devoted 14 years as the institution’s steadfast director, becoming its custodian was indeed a dream realized.

Every day, the joyous hugs and radiant smiles of our young learners reaffirm my passion and conviction. I often describe what I do as being in the “future adult” industry, but more candidly, it’s the “nurturing happy child” enterprise.

To all the parents, past, present, and future, I extend my heartfelt gratitude. Entrusting me with your children’s early years is an honor I deeply cherish.
